Schultz & Williams is pleased to announce its latest client, The New York Society Library (NYSL). Founded in 1754, NYSL is New York City’s oldest library and cultural institution. It is comprised of a lively community of readers, writers, and families.
The New York Society Library is dedicated to making available to general interest readers, writers and scholars, a wide variety of books and other resources in a comfortable, attractive setting that gives its users a quiet place for reading, writing and study not easily found in a large, crowded city. The Library seeks to provide a high level of personal attention and expertise to those it serves. It also has a number of programs such as discussion groups, exhibitions, and outreach programs designed to help the larger New York City community. The goal of the Library is to serve its members and others as it has for generations, and to add in-depth programs and new services in areas such as technology, to help meet the needs of an increasingly complex world.
“We are delighted to work with The New York Society Library to complete its current capital campaign that will ensure this historic entities’ mission is fulfilled for generations to come.” – Cathy Card Sterling, Vice President
