With roots to the nation’s first public aquarium, the National Aquarium is, today, the jewel of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. As one of the region’s most popular family destinations, the Aquarium is also a leader in its work in urban conservation and diversity; climate change and resiliency; and ocean and human health.

Over the next year, Schultz & Williams will provide comprehensive strategic and multi-channel direct response and analytical services to the Aquarium to build its individual donor program. The elements of this program include traditional mail, digital and responsive membership acquisition and renewal campaigns; donor society invitations, upgrades and renewals; and year-end and spring philanthropic appeals.

“We are thrilled to put S&W’s extensive membership and fundraising experience with our nation’s zoos and aquariums, and our comprehensive suite of direct response services, to work for the National Aquarium. We are confident in our ability to help them achieve their financial goals and, in turn, support their three-fold mission,” said Consultant and Direct Response Executive Betsy Murray.
