Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR) founded Network of Victims Assistance (NOVA) in 1974 and it was the first and continues to be the only rape crisis center in Bucks County. NOVA provides comprehensive programs to meet individual needs in the county, such as professional training and prevention education in schools, the community, and education conferences. S&W is honored to partner with such an important organization as they continue to work on ending patterns of violence.
