Continuing our commitment to providing inspiring opportunities for our youth, bridging the economic opportunity gap and targeting injustice, Schultz & Williams is pleased to announce its partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Eastern Panhandle (BGCEPWV). This continues our relationship with Boys & Girls Clubs which began in 2019 with planning the comprehensive “All In” campaign for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington.
Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle strives to enable all young people, especially those in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens. With clubs in three counties and additional school sites, BGCEPWV serves over 1300 boys and girls in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. From the humble beginning of a swim and gym program, the club has evolved into a well rounded program that builds confident and successful adults. Many alumni have achieved great futures.
During this partnership S&W will:
- Commence an engaging and inclusive strategic visioning effort to reconfirm BGCEPWV’s mission and goals for the next three years
- Evaluate BGCEPWV staff, Board, and volunteer readiness to conduct a capital campaign
- Conduct an internal campaign readiness assessment by studying BGCEPWV’s donor pool, history of giving and resources to support development using best-in-class tools and analytics
- Engage BGCEPWV staff, Board and other volunteer leaders around their responsibilities and participation during the proposed campaign, and build excitement and momentum.
It is an honor for S&W to partner with BGCEPWV. Boys & Girls Clubs across the country are providing life changing mentoring and educational opportunities to thousands of youth through dynamic programs focused on preparing youth for the future. There is literally no more important an undertaking. We are honored to be working with the talented leaders at BGCEPWV to set the future course for our country’s youth.
