S&W is excited to work with Habitat for Humanity of Chester County (HfHCC)! HfHCC builds and sells homes to qualified families and individuals who live or work in Chester County and operates two retail thrift stores (ReStores). HfHCC’s programs help build strength, stability, and independence through homeownership in Chester County. Since their founding in 1989, HfHCC has built 164 homes in Chester County and saved over 17 million pounds of waste from landfills. S&W is honored to partner with HfHCC as they seek to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

“HfHCC is a leader in helping the communities in Chester County build strength, stability, and self-reliance through its programs. HfHCC builds and sells homes to qualified families who pay an affordable mortgage and helps existing homeowners remain in their homes through its critical home repair program. It is an honor for S&W to partner with HfHCC who are dedicated to creating a world where everyone has a safe and affordable place to live in a thriving community.” – Lez Hefner, Consultant
