At Schultz & Williams, we strive, as always, to meet the ever-changing needs of our inspiring, mission-focused clientele.

The circumstances of the last few years – rife with uncertainty – have left so many nonprofit leaders wondering how to best prepare and position their organization for the future in an uncertain world. S&W partners with these clients to provide tailored strategic planning and business planning that meets them where they are and gives form to where they want to go. We support their journey – mapping out and executing a strategy that addresses both urgent and long-term needs with confidence.

“Halfway into this year, we have seen more and more organizations seeking out expertise to guide a strategic planning process that delivers a clear roadmap to organizational stability, growth and resiliency. Through strategic planning, we have an opportunity to serve our clients and deliver solutions that match the changing landscape of how organizations work, both today and tomorrow in a post-pandemic world.” – Scott Schultz, Schultz & Williams President.

As part of our commitment and investment in the firm’s ability to provide clients of all types and sizes with an inspiring and actionable strategic plan, we are proud to announce Soyoung (So) Jung has been promoted from Strategic Planning Project Manager to Consultant. So’s work with the firm thus far has ensured that planning projects remained on track to hit deadlines and that the client was informed and supported along the way. This enabled the S&W project team to have everything at their fingertips in order to seamlessly execute each element of the planning process.

“So has been by my side tirelessly serving our clients and growing with the company. Working with clients remotely, in a hybrid manner, and now in person again, has required a lot of creativity and flexibility – and So has done this flawlessly. I am excited to see how she embraces her new role and how that will serve to positively impact her client projects and ultimately the mission of our clients” – Lauren Hansen-Flaschen, Schultz & Williams Vice President, Strategic Planning.

For over 35 years, Schultz & Williams has provided integrated services to our clients. While the fundamental principles, services and client attention we offer have not changed, we continue to grow and evolve to meet our clients’ changing needs. We are proud and grateful to stand with our nonprofit clients to help organizations and communities heal and thrive.
