Schultz & Williams is proud to support the mission of Dog Tag in Washington, D.C. Through its innovative five-month fellowship program, Dog Tag empowers veterans, military spouses, and caregivers with the tools and education to build resilience, find renewed purpose, and forge community beyond the military. By combining classroom learning, hands-on experience at Dog Tag Bakery, wellness, and community building, the organization provides a unique bridge from military service to civilian life.
With a focus on personal and professional growth, Dog Tag helps fellows explore new career paths, develop business skills, strengthen their networks, and envision their futures with greater confidence and direction. Fellows earn a business certificate from Georgetown University while gaining practical experience in the bakery and participating in programming designed to support their overall wellbeing.
We are honored to support Dog Tag’s ongoing efforts to help those who have served our nation—and the military families who have supported them—discover new possibilities, build meaningful connections, and live lives with purpose baked in.
“In an expansive field of organizations serving veterans, Dog Tag stands alone in combining education, hands-on experience, community, and entrepreneurship into a single journey. That combination is what allows Dog Tag fellows to do more than transition out of military life. It helps them rebuild purpose and identity on their own terms. Schultz & Williams is proud to partner with an organization doing something genuinely unique in this space, and we’re honored to help fuel its next chapter of growth.”
