One year ago this month, Schultz & Williams joined Carey & Co and began an exciting new chapter.

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with 106 nonprofit organizations to help advance missions that matter. Our work has ranged from helping a Presidential Center shape the future of its museum and philanthropy to designing a comprehensive campaign to protect wildlife across Africa. We’ve partnered with hospitals, museums, zoos, aquariums, hunger relief organizations, schools, and many of the nonprofits that make our hometown of Philadelphia and communities across the country stronger.

This year also marked another exciting milestone as Lautman Maska Neill & Company joined Carey & Co. Together, we’ve created something genuinely distinctive: a team with the ability to help nonprofits engage every type of donor, from a $10 first-time supporter to a transformational $10 million philanthropist. By combining strategy, implementation, fundraising, direct response, executive search, finance, accounting, and HR expertise, we’re able to make bolder promises to the organizations we serve.

We’ve also continued to grow, increasing our revenue by 15% over both the prior trailing twelve months and year-to-date. While we’re proud of that growth, what matters most is what it represents: more organizations served, deeper partnerships formed, and greater impact created.

None of this would have been possible without the extraordinary people who make up our team. Every day they bring curiosity, accountability, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to helping nonprofits achieve ambitious goals. We are incredibly grateful for their work and proud of what they’ve built together.
