In her role as Fundraising & Strategy Consultant, Bailey brings a strategic, research-driven approach to her work, with particular depth in campaign planning studies and a strong track record in independent schools and social service organizations. She draws on data and insight to develop findings and recommendations that sharpen clients’ fundraising strategy and direction. With a passion for social impact and organizational efficiency, Bailey is dedicated to helping nonprofits build stronger, more sustainable systems that drive measurable results.

Background

Bailey has experience with nonprofits, local philanthropy, and grassroots advocacy. Prior to joining the S&W team, Bailey worked for a family foundation with a focus on international social impact, where she assisted in conducting research, identifying emerging nonprofits internationally, strategizing educational initiatives, and organizing fundraising events. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Policy from Temple University.
