As a data & accounts coordinator for the direct response team, Young is responsible for analyzing important metrics and KPIs post campaigns. He supports the data team in building packaging and assessment reports to enhance decision making strategy for his clients. He works to help his clients and provides support to his team.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Young was a part of the pharmaceutical industry. His primary role was maintaining dashboards to assist pharmaceutical representatives in increasing their total sales through data driven insights. He has also managed database systems for the development of various web applications and continues to further his knowledge on data management and analytics techniques.
