With a passion for social justice and building meaningful relationships, Tess, Consultant, is excited to collaborate with her team to deliver high-quality, tailored consulting services that help nonprofits achieve their fundraising goals and maximize their mission and impact. She brings a client-centered approach to prospect research, account management, and strategy, helping nonprofit partners identify and cultivate the relationships that will move their fundraising forward. Tess is known for her attention to detail and her ability to build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She approaches every engagement with enthusiasm and a passion for the missions her clients serve.

Background

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Tess was a fundraising consultant at Carey & Co., and worked in the Development Office at Massachusetts General Hospital for two years, where she supported major gift fundraising for global health, community health, and health equity programs. Her work across these roles has given her a strong foundation in prospect strategy, donor relations, and nonprofit fundraising operations.

With a passion for nonprofits in the Boston community, where she was born, raised, and currently resides, Tess serves on the Board of the Friends of the Boston Park Rangers Mounted Unit and is a near-peer college mentor through the Steppingstone Foundation’s STRIVE program.
