Tayza serves as an Executive Assistant in the Philadelphia office of Schultz & Williams. She serves as a liaison between firm partners, vice presidents, consultants and associates. She is responsible for preparing high quality documents, assisting in the logistics of resources, ensuring executive team members receive an expert level of seamless support, and upholding a standard of office excellence.
Tayza has experience in both the corporate and nonprofit workplaces elevating internal teams through philanthropic work, financial budgeting, and marketing support. Before joining the S&W team, Tayza worked as an Administrative Assistant for United Nations Association (Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area). There she collated historic data on political, economic, and geographical disparities, creating comprehensive reviews and manuscripts on advocacy and community mobilization and developing new marketing strategies to advertise the Sustainable Development Goals Summit. She was also actively involved in the research, fundraising and marketing efforts of Human Trafficking Collaborative Network (HTCN), an informal network of researchers, students, and community partners with a common interest in improving understanding of human trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable populations. Tayza is a proud City Year alumna and has experience working with Philadelphia school students.
