L. Scott Schultz

President

Overview

Scott Schultz has served the nonprofit community as an executive, consultant, and volunteer for more than 45 years. He has worked with nonprofits of all types and sizes in communities across the nation. Scott’s work has always been driven by his philosophy that management, marketing, and development must be integrated in to ensure mission success. Schultz & Williams, founded in 1987, has turned this philosophy into a successful business model that encompasses strategic/business planning, marketing, development consulting, direct marketing, data analytics and staffing solutions.

Scott’s background and experience on “both sides of the desk” have helped S&W clients benefit from an integrated and effective approach to problem-solving. Incorporating both proven strategies and the most cutting-edge solutions of today, S&W stays ahead of the trends to meet the growing demands of an industry in which one size does not fit all.

He did his undergraduate and graduate work at the University at Buffalo and enjoys mentoring the next generation of nonprofit leaders. Scott currently serves on the board of Mission Kids, a nationally acclaimed Children’s Advocacy Center located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
