Rebecca partners with mission-driven organizations to unlock their next phase of growth. With a deep understanding of fundraising, organizational strategy, and leadership dynamics, she helps teams align around ambitious goals and deliver real results. As Vice President at Schultz & Williams, Rebecca plays a key role in advancing the firm’s vision—shaping client engagements, mentoring team members, and ensuring each partnership is tailored, efficient, and impactful.
In her role, Rebecca supports a range of clients with campaign planning and execution, board and stakeholder alignment, and interim leadership services. She brings particular expertise in guiding organizations through complex inflection points, building internal capacity, and generating buy-in for transformative strategies.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Rebecca held leadership roles at national firms and nonprofits, where she helped clients design and exceed fundraising goals, manage cross-functional initiatives, and secure major investments. Her work has supported institutions such as Grameen America, New Profit, Opportunity Finance Network, and United Way, among others. She’s known for bringing clarity to complexity, and for helping leaders make thoughtful decisions that lead to sustainable impact.
Rebecca began her career in as a frontline fundraiser for hospitals and universities after receiving her Master’s from Boston College and her Bachelor’s from Skidmore College. She then pivoted financial services where she led marketing, strategic philanthropy, and supported client advising work; she then brought much of that knowledge back to the social sector. She is currently a NationSwell Council member, a nomination-based community for senior impact thought leaders, change makers, and social impact amplifiers. A passionate advocate for talent development, she mentors emerging leaders and is frequently sought out as a thought partner on issues related to philanthropy, growth strategy, and organizational change.
