Owen is a key member of Schultz & Williams’s quality and customer service team, producing cost-effective products by coordinating the work of copywriters, designers, and printers. He manages project budgets, meets quality control standards, and adheres to project deadlines.
He also reviews production specifications and bids out creative, print, and lettershop components to prospective vendors; deciphers the most cost-effective, qualified vendor for each project; proofs prepress lasers to eliminate any errors prior to going on the press; determines the most economical and time-efficient option for postal delivery and produces purchase orders for all vendors.
Owen has more than 14 years of experience in direct mail marketing. He served in both the production and circulation departments at Grand Circle and Overseas Adventure Travel in Boston, where he worked on many different formats of mailers and various strategies for selecting mailing lists.
