Nicole Hoopes

Overview
Nicole leads the firm’s internal marketing initiatives, providing strategic guidance across practices and geographies to ensure marketing strategies are aligned and effectively executed. She oversees firmwide marketing planning, brand stewardship, and key initiatives that support the firm’s visibility and growth.
Background
Nicole has over 20 years of marketing experience, with more than half of that time spent in leadership roles, spearheading the marketing function at several professional services firms. Her strengths include marketing communication and branding, process management, marketing plan development, event management, and graphic design.
Before joining Schultz & Williams, she led marketing efforts at Pine Hill Group. There, she was responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that supported the firm through a strategic growth phase and successfully positioned the firm for sale to a private-equity-backed national professional services accounting firm.
Her efforts at the firm also increased brand awareness and drove marketplace visibility. Under her leadership, the firm successfully developed a new brand, which included a new logo, website, and collateral materials. Additionally, she implemented various marketing campaigns to roll out the new brand through various communication platforms and spotlight events.
She has served on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America through a local Philadelphia charter school.
