Overview

Nathan is a fundraising leader who enjoys building donor-centric fundraising programs. He recently joined the firm in December 2023 and brings significant experience with staff oversight, program building, volunteer mobilization, donor engagement, and strategic action.

Nathan has a depth of development experience in the arts and culture sector, serving at some of Philadelphia’s most renowned institutions. In his previous roles, he has laid the groundwork for and led comprehensive campaigns, adapted and rethought development practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and delivered revenue that exceeded program budgets.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining S&W, Nathan served as the Director of Development for the Philadelphia Theatre Company, building on his cumulative experiences from The Salvation Army Children’s Services, Opera Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Museum of Art.
