Nadia has extensive experience in nonprofit administration and fundraising, at organizations both large and small. She has worked through leadership transitions, strategic planning processes, and campaign launches. Nadia ensures that organizations are working to the best of their potential through keen attention to detail and management strategy.

Prior Experience

Nadia has more than ten years of experience in nonprofit administration and fundraising. She has worked in the executive offices at Barnard College, the Robin Hood Foundation, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. She led a fundraising and research initiative to understand and improve millennial giving at Middlebury College, her alma mater. Additionally, she has led strategy, fundraising, and communications at an organization focused on young women’s leadership development.
