Mary Schultz

Overview
Mary joined the Schultz & Williams team in 2001. She leads efforts to develop plans and strategies that promote the attainment of department, financial, and growth goals. She helps implement processes that maximize efficiency and increase profitability for the direct response department. She aids in department and process evaluation to identify areas of opportunity and helps develop solutions and strategies for improvement and growth.
A key member of S&W’s direct response team, Mary supports clients across all sectors in developing their direct response strategy to achieve their organizational goals. Working in partnership with clients and across internal teams, Mary develops plans and strategies to support successful programs and fundraising efforts.
Background
Prior to this role, Mary oversaw the planning and implementation of acquisition and donor mailings. She managed all aspects of the list acquisition process and assisted in donor campaign planning. Mary managed the relationship with all list brokers and merge house vendors, ensuring that budgets and deadlines were met and that mailings were in accordance with client goals.
