Overview

Lise is a resource development executive with over 30 years of success in creating and executing comprehensive development programs in complex organizations. Her experience as a frontline fundraiser working with donors and funders on transformational gifts, combined with her passion for leading small and large teams, makes Lise uniquely qualified to partner with Schultz & Williams’ diverse array of nonprofit clients.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining S&W, Lise served as the Vice President of Development  Lehigh Valley Health network, and Chief Development Officer at Wills Eye Hospital, and Director of Development of Germantown Friends School to name a few, leading teams focused on campaign and strategic initiatives, and principle and planned gifts. In addition. Lise has held senior development leadership roles throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and has completed capital and comprehensive campaigns and re-organized development teams to adapt to a new strategic fundraising focus.

Lise’s extensive fundraising career includes recently serving as the S&W consultant as Interim Chief Development Officer at Cornerstone Christian Academy, stabilizing their fundraising operation, growing the contributed revenue and positioning the school for sustainable success.
