Layna serves as a Project Manager on the development team of Schultz & Williams. She serves as a liaison between client and firm leadership, ensuring quality deliverables meet timelines, assisting in campaigns, and making sure clients receive expert levels of performance and quality of work from S&W staff. Layna is excited to help clients achieve their fundraising goals and further her experience in nonprofit organizations and nonprofit management.
Layna has experience in nonprofit work, philanthropic work, financial planning, and marketing. Before joining the S&W team, Layna worked as a Project Manager for a political advocacy nonprofit spearheading and launching a Pilot Voter Registration Program in area high schools, leveraging marketing materials, collaborating with school leaders, and promoting fundraising initiatives. Layna is SIE licensed and has experience working with clients in financial planning services at Vanguard.
