Krista leads client relationships across a portfolio of non-profit clients, focusing primarily on membership and annual giving programs at visitor-based organizations. With extensive experience in the membership sector, she drives overall program strategy, guides creative direction, oversees campaign production, and provides high-level analysis to deliver multi-channel membership and fundraising campaigns that engage prospects and drive results.
Krista prides herself on building strong client relationships that become trusted partnerships. Her firsthand experience running a membership program at Georgia Aquarium continues to shape how she partners with her clients today: balancing program goals and overall strategy with the operational realities non-profits face.
Background
Before joining Schultz & Williams, Krista was the Membership Manager at Georgia Aquarium. Krista spearheaded all membership initiatives, oversaw renewal and acquisition campaigns, and managed the onsite member services team. Prior to this, Krista served as the Assistant Manager of Group Sales at Georgia Aquarium, overseeing all birthday party sales, the Sponsored Education Admissions (SEA) application, and group sales administration.
