Overview

Karly serves as a Project Manager on the S&W consulting team. In this role, she is responsible for liaising between clients and the S&W team, assisting in campaigns, ensuring smooth and efficient project implementation, and assisting in developing high quality deliveries for her clients. Karly is especially passionate about helping nonprofits become as effective and successful as they can be, so that the communities they serve can thrive.

Background

Karly has experience in development work, nonprofit work, and legal environments. Prior to joining the S&W team, Karly worked at Temple Health Institutional Advancement, where she supported the frontline fundraising team, building touchpoints with donors, and organizing fundraising events. At Temple, Karly organized the Silent Auction at the Acres of Diamonds Gala, where she increased fundraising by 20%. Karly is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Policy at Temple University.
