As a member of the data and analytics team within the Direct Response group, Jim analyzes direct response campaign (mail and digital) results and provides campaign reports and program analyses. Additionally, he works with the client service and list management teams to develop and refine strategic recommendations.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Jim filled a variety of roles in Information Technology, mostly in financial services. Throughout his career, he had a wide range of experience utilizing applications and databases to capture, analyze, and report on data.
Jim has also served on the board of a not-for-profit organization as a member of the Finance and Fundraising committees, then chairing the Fundraising committee, and finally as President of the board.
