Overview

Jill is a strategic leader with a proven track record in developing, supporting, implementing, and closing numerous fundraising campaigns ranging from $75M to $500M. Her accomplishments include publicly launching a multi-million-dollar campaign at 77% of the goal for one institution while simultaneously closing another institution’s campaign at 121% over the goal. Most recently, her team exceeded their campaign goal two years ahead of schedule. She is an accomplished frontline fundraiser, skilled in partnering with high-net-worth individuals, families, corporations, and foundations.

Background

Most recently, Jill has served as the vice president for development and alumni engagement at Moravian University & Moravian Theological Seminary and Lancaster Theological Seminary. Her career in higher education began in 1999 at Lehigh University, her alma mater. Before joining Moravian, Jill held leadership positions in engagement and development at Muhlenberg College and Drew University & Theological School. Before entering higher education, she excelled in management roles in consumer finance and as a residential treatment counselor for children in crisis.

Jill has presented on various topics, including campaigns, policies and procedures, best practices, stewardship, volunteer management, engagement, annual giving, communications, and board development for numerous organizations and conferences.

Jill serves the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Pennsylvania on the Board of Directors as the Second Vice President, Governance Committee Chair, and Nominating Committee Co-Chair. She is also a Cabinet member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District II. Additionally, she volunteers for the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) – Captain William Penny Chapter and serves as the Advancement Committee Chair for New American Colleges & Universities.
