Jill C. Anderson serves as a Senior Consultant at Schultz & Williams, bringing more than two decades of institutional advancement experience to the firm’s clients. Outside her work with Schultz & Williams, Jill serves as Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement at Moravian University and School of Theology, where she leads a team of thirty across development and alumni engagement functions. She also founded and principals Jill C. Anderson Consulting, LLC in 2024, a practice providing strategic planning, fundraising counsel, and board governance services to nonprofit organizations in Pennsylvania and beyond. Jill’s career in higher education advancement began in 1999 at Lehigh University, her undergraduate alma mater, and has included leadership roles at Muhlenberg College and Drew University and Theological School. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Pennsylvania, where she also co-chairs the Nominating Committee and sits on the Executive, Governance, Development, and Strategic Planning Committees. Before entering higher education, she held management positions in consumer finance and worked as a residential treatment counselor for children in crisis, and she chaired a Presidential Task Force on Artificial Intelligence while continuing to serve on the Fundraising.AI Advisory Council and the ARNOVA Data and Analytics committee.
