Jennifer brings thirty years of nonprofit experience in the art and culture, education, and environment sectors. Jennifer specializes in organizations going through pivotal changes. Jennifer’s work in a variety of development roles has provided her with comprehensive expertise in change management and development operations.

She partners with leadership to bring teams together to support fundraising efforts through database management, membership and annual giving programs and capital campaigns. She has extensive experience working with Blackbaud products and is Raiser’s Edge NXT certified. She is a member of the Association of Advancement Services Professionals.

Background

Jennifer has a comprehensive background in development.  She worked locally and nationally in major fundraising campaigns which included two museum building campaigns.  She managed national membership programs, raised individual and corporate support, and planned educational programs and conferences.  She provided the infrastructure for creating new development operations and improving existing operations for nonprofits.  She worked with different donor databases with her primary experience in Blackbaud software. She specializes in best practices for development operations, donor data, gift processing, and reporting.
