Overview
Jenna brings more than a decade of experience advancing mission-driven work across museums and cultural institutions in the Philadelphia region. As a Consultant at Schultz & Williams, she supports a range of client engagements, ensuring exceptional project implementation and contributing to insight-driven deliverables that guide organizational growth and strategy. Jenna is particularly passionate about bridging meaningful, audience-centered experiences with the operational infrastructure that supports and sustains them.
Background
Most recently, Jenna served as the Director of Learning & Engagement at the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia, where she led departmental strategy, developed dynamic public and school-based programming, and cultivated partnerships with educators, funders, and community stakeholders. Previously, as Manager of School Programs, she led the redesign of education initiatives at the Museum to strengthen relevance and sustainability, building internal systems to support program delivery and working closely with the Development team on grant writing, reporting, and funding strategy.
Earlier in her career at Historic Philadelphia, Inc., Jenna managed education program operations, client relationships, and over $200,000 of group sales and PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) funding. While working in the historic district, she also served 9 years on the executive team of Philadelphia’s Historic Neighborhood Consortium, facilitating cooperative partnerships among cultural institutions in “America’s most historic square mile.”
Jenna is currently on the board of Wyck Historic House, Garden & Farm, supporting its long history of education, horticulture, innovation, and preservation. In addition to her professional and board service roles, she remains an active leader in the nonprofit sector through professional networks, conference presentations, and collaborative public history and civic engagement initiatives.
