Her fundraising expertise spans the full Individual Giving continuum, from Major Gifts to Annual Giving, with a strong track record of designing and executing large-scale campaigns that deepen donor engagement and drive revenue growth. Diana also specializes in strengthening team systems and operations, integrating marketing and communications into fundraising strategy, and creating the structures, processes, and collaborative spaces that allow teams to work more effectively across functions. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong internal alignment and clear systems are essential to building sustainable fundraising success.

Diana began her career as an elementary school teacher before joining Teach For America, where she has spent the past 12 years shaping high-impact fundraising strategy and operations. Over the course of her tenure, she has managed diverse portfolios across corporate, foundation, and individual giving. Additionally, she launched and scaled national campaigns and giving societies as well as spearheaded strategic planning processes that strengthened the development program.

Grounded in her early experience as an educator, she is passionate about community and the power of education to transform lives.
