Danielle is a development and operations professional with nearly a decade of experience serving local, national, and international nonprofit organizations. She has a broad range of fundraising and development experience, including raising individual major gifts, digital fundraising, special events, and corporate sponsorship.   Danielle has a special passion for thought partnership, data analysis, and event/project management.

Danielle specializes in CRM system projects, from start to finish. In various roles, she has successfully recommended, implemented, and trained staff on new donor database systems.

She demonstrates a high level of expertise in multiple facets of development, showcasing expertise in donor relations and stewardship, data and systems management, digital fundraising, and event/project management. Danielle enjoys supporting nonprofits in both strategic development and tactical implementation to advance their mission and programmatic impact.

Background

Danielle has accumulated nearly a decade of experience in development, progressing from an assistant role to director, managing a team and overseeing a $2 million annual giving budget. She has worked at nonprofits including Planned Parenthood Keystone, Soroptimist International of the Americas, and Chestnut Hill Conservancy.

Prior to joining S&W, Danielle served as Development Director at the Chestnut Hill Conservancy, where she increased annual revenue by nearly 15% and cultivated a multi-year partnership with Chubb Insurance. She worked closely with the Board of Directors, overseeing multiple committees for fundraising, governance, and event management.

Danielle is also a board member serving the Pennsylvania Youth Chorale, a youth organization that fosters a community of singers, musicians, and model citizens through the joy of choral singing.
