Overview

Danielle is a development and operations professional who serves local, national, and international nonprofit organizations and has a passion for learning, traveling, and international conflict resolution.

She has successfully implemented two different CRM systems within 4 months of hire including documenting Standard Operating Procedures and employee training materials. Additionally, in various roles she has overseen all aspects of the development program, including raising individual major gifts, digital fundraising, special events, and corporate sponsorship.

 

Background

Danielle has accumulated nearly a decade of experience in development, progressing from an assistant role to director, managing a team and overseeing a $2 million annual giving budget. She has worked at nonprofits including Planned Parenthood, Soroptimist International of the Americas and Chestnut Hill Conservancy.

She demonstrates a high level of expertise in multiple facets of development, showcasing expertise in donor relations and stewardship, data and systems management, digital fundraising, and event/project management.
