As a member of the Schultz & Williams direct response team since 2014, Caroline focuses her efforts on account management and client success. Working across several nonprofit sectors, she provides and executes strategies for mid-level and annual giving programs. In addition to fundraising, Caroline also assists with new business development and managing sales opportunities.

Background

Caroline brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit fundraising sector, helping organizations strengthen donor engagement and advance their missions. Her expertise extends beyond fundraising, with hands-on experience in animal welfare through her service on the board of a Philadelphia-based organization dedicated to supporting animals in need. Before joining Schultz & Williams, Caroline worked as a marketing specialist for a hospitality management company.
