Ananya serves as a Project Manager on the development team at Schultz & Williams. In this role, she supports the coordination and execution of client initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and the S&W team.

With a strong foundation in data analytics and marketing strategy, she brings an analytical approach to project management – helping clients make informed decisions, streamline operations, and achieve measurable impact. Ananya is passionate about advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations through thoughtful planning, efficient implementation, and insight-driven strategy.

Background

Ananya brings experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing analytics, and client services. Before joining Schultz & Williams, she founded Beyond Stigma, a nonprofit organization that has connected thousands of students to free mental health care in India.

She has also worked with organizations including College Ave Student Loans and Macquarie Asset Management, where she supported data-informed campaign design, performance reporting, and project management across cross-functional teams. Through these experiences, Ananya has developed a deep understanding of how strategy, communication, and data can come together to strengthen organizational growth and sustainability.
