At Schultz & Williams, we have seen many of our nonprofit clients filling positions for organizational and development leaders with talented professionals possessing relevant skills but without prior fundraising experience, which is essential for these positions. With this challenge in mind, we have designed our Executive Philanthropy Orientation Series (EPOS) to provide leadership fundraising training to these senior leaders, giving them a solid grounding in development principles and helping them feel prepared to take on their new role.

EPOS is part of ElevateNP, Schultz & Williams’ Institute for Nonprofit Excellence, which offers a comprehensive program with a range of interactive on-site and virtual learning opportunities. Learn more.

Spring Sessions Starting Soon

This virtual series includes four 2 hour sessions. At the conclusion of the series, participants can access 1:1 coaching sessions to dive deeper into select topics of interest. The sessions cover critical topics such as:

Building a Culture of Philanthropy
Sharing Your Case for Support
Understanding Revenue Streams
Development Operations & Planning
Individual & Board Giving

We are excited to offer two EPOS programs this year, delivered to small cohorts, in the spring and fall. The 1:1 coaching can be scheduled at the participant’s convenience, offering a customized approach for additional support.

Dates for the spring session are May 7 & 21 and June 4 & 18.

Pricing is $6,000 and includes 4 sessions and 4 additional hours of 1:1 coaching.
