Maryann Grunseth is a fundraising strategist serving as a Senior Consultant at Schultz & Williams, partnering with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their fundraising strategy and build lasting organizational capacity. Background

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Maryann was Vice President of Development at Black Girls Code. She formerly was a director at a national fundraising consulting firm, where she led client-facing teams and advised nonprofit organizations on strategy and campaign execution. Before that, she served as a director at the Trust for the National Mall, where she played a key role in advancing fundraising for the U.S. Park Police Horse Stables. Earlier in her career worked with the Buff & Blue Fund, the development arm of George Washington University’s Athletic Department. Across these roles, Maryann has built a reputation for pairing strategic rigor with hands-on execution, helping organizations of varying sizes strengthen their fundraising infrastructure.
