The Challenge

As the M3 Challenge expanded in visibility and scope, SIAM recognized the need to strengthen and diversify its sponsorship base. Internal stakeholders saw the potential to grow corporate support and identified the need to build a qualified sponsorship pipeline, enhance corporate engagement, and elevate the visibility of M3 Challenge’s mission-driven impact. SIAM also sought recommendations on a sponsorship benefit structure that would attract a diverse group of supporters and maximize engagement to ensure future growth.
