With a passion for social justice and building meaningful relationships, Tess is excited to collaborate with her team to deliver high-quality, tailored consulting services that help nonprofits achieve their fundraising goals and maximize their mission and impact.

Background

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Tess worked in the Development Office at Massachusetts General Hospital, supporting fundraising efforts for health equity programs. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023 with a B.A. in Public Policy & Leadership and Youth & Social Innovation.
