Liz is a strategic fundraising leader who helps nonprofits translate data into growth. Combining an engineering mindset with a relationship-driven approach, she brings analytical discipline and a focus on meaningful engagement to development, aligning operations, performance metrics, and strategy to strengthen revenue and organizational effectiveness.
With more than 15 years of experience, Liz advises organizations across the full spectrum of philanthropy. She is particularly skilled at assessing development performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and building high-functioning teams and programs. Her collaborative style enables organizations to move from insight to action with clarity and confidence.
Liz has been a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) since 2020 and serves as President-Elect of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Liz brings her advancement experience to a wide range of nonprofit organizations, including the University of Pennsylvania Weitzman School of Design, The Wetlands Institute, Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, and Cathedral Kitchen.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, she served as Director of Advancement at Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission (now Philly House), where she led a significant expansion of the organization’s fundraising program. During her tenure, she launched a segmented donor strategy and increased the annual fundraising goal by 200%, establishing a stronger foundation for future growth.
