We’re proud to work with Dane County, WI to review the fundraising structure for its Henry Vilas Zoo, one of the few admission-free, community-supported zoos in the country. News channels are announcing our role to review the fundraising structure for the Zoo as the County is requesting a best-practices review of the organizational relationships between publicly-funded, free zoos and their support organizations. Through our planning work, we will review the organizational structure, financial success and the financial support allocations and strategies between comparable zoos and their respective support organizations.
