Steve is a key member of the Direct Response team, supporting the implementation of annual giving, mid-level giving, and membership campaigns. 

As a part of the client service account team, Steve manages creative and audience strategy for a portfolio of accounts within the healthcare sector. He oversees all aspects of account management and ensures that campaign objectives are met. 

Additionally, Steve supports the Direct Response team’s production and data services. He works with our client-facing account teams to define and implement audience strategies and segmentation. He also leads project quality control efforts through oversight of production briefs, creative materials, and client data. 

Prior Experience

Steve joined the Schultz & Williams Direct team as an account coordinator, assisting in the campaign execution for clients across several sectors. He later worked as an account executive, focused primarily on leading fundraising campaigns for medical and cancer center clients.
