Overview

As a senior consultant, Morgan brings experience doing financial analysis, particularly around building and forecasting profit and loss statements. He has expertise in understanding the numbers, and their interaction, in an operational context to ensure that the figures are practical, realistic, and ultimately achievable. With additional expertise in operations, he can also be engaged as an Interim COO through StaffSolutions.™

Prior Experience

In addition to consulting for Schultz & Williams, Morgan is an entrepreneur who has recently developed an online art valuation and analytics solution for institutions and collectors. Prior to this, his experience has included financial and operational turnaround consulting, principally on behalf of mid-sized companies. From 2004 to 2008, he worked in a dual role of an account manager and project manager at an IT supplier to a major restaurant chain, where he oversaw all project-related aspects of the account. In addition, he has done strategic consulting projects for both nonprofits and for-profits.
