As a consultant with Schultz & Williams, Karly has served in several interim staffing roles implementing comprehensive development programs. Previously as a project manager, Karly brought extensive experience in conducting development assessments and campaign planning studies for over 40 clients. Karly is passionate about helping organizations reach their mission-driven goals by crafting a strong case for support and thoughtfully engaging with donors.

Karly specializes in providing staffing support to nonprofits building a development program from the ground up by identifying a strong donor base and creating the infrastructure to support increased development activity. Through S&W StaffSolutions™, she serves as an integral team member of North10, Philadelphia, strategizing and executing all fundraising activities from annual giving appeals, institutional grants to major gifts.

Additionally, Karly serves on the Board of Directors at Camp Ramah.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining S&W, Karly worked as an AmeriCorps member at Reading Partners, a national education nonprofit serving low-income students. In her role as regional site coordinator, Karly oversaw the implementation of literacy intervention programs across four sites serving approximately 250 students in New York City.
