Overview
Ashley is a resource development executive with over 30 years of success in creating and executing comprehensive development programs in complex organizations. Her experience as a frontline fundraiser working with donors and funders on transformational gifts, combined with her passion for leading small and large teams, makes Ashley uniquely qualified to partner with Schultz & Williams’ diverse array of nonprofit clients.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining S&W, Ashley served as Chief of Staff at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, leading three teams: campaign and strategic initiatives; board and volunteer relations; and international development relations, working closely with the Hospital CEO and the CAO. Prior to that, Ashley had senior Development leadership roles with United Way of King County, in Seattle. While there she completed two major campaigns and re-organized a team of 38 development professionals to adapt to a new strategic fundraising focus. Ashley’s extensive fundraising career includes other healthcare and biomedical research organizations as well as campaign consulting in the Pacific Northwest arts community.
