S&W is seeking experienced fundraising database professionals for contract work related to interim staffing engagements for roles such as Database Administrator and Database Coordinator. These engagements typically range from 4-20 hours/week and can be remote or on-site at organizations in the Greater Philadelphia region. Typical activities include but may not be limited to gift processing, record clean-up, querying, exporting, reporting building, and list segmentation/building.



Highly motivated, well-organized, meticulous attention to detail, with at least 5 years of database experience in the nonprofit development/advancement setting. Proficiency in at least one fundraising software, such as Raiser’s Edge, DonorPerfect, or Salesforce. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity, teamwork, and cooperation among a diverse staff.
