Pat Voigt

Patricia Van Allen Voigt, Senior Consultant – Patricia Voigt offers the clients of Schultz & Williams her extensive experience with capital campaigns, major gifts and annual fundraising as well as strategies for working with board and development committees. Since joining S&W in 2004, she has worked with many independent schools and other clients to plan and implement capital campaigns, facilitate major gift fundraising, and advise staff and boards on creating a philanthropic environment for their institutions.

Pat’s education clients include: Academy of Notre Dame (Villanova, PA), Delaware Valley Friends School (Paoli, PA), Gwynedd Mercy College (Gwynedd Valley, PA), Potomac School (McLean, VA), Rosemont School (Rosemont, PA) and St. Peter’s School (Philadelphia). She also consults for St. Thomas’ Whitemarsh Church and is co-chair of the capital campaign for St. Paul’s Chestnut Hill. She has developed fundraising plans for Allen’s Lane Art Center, Heritage Conservancy (Doylestown, PA), Need in Deed (Philadelphia) and the Whitemarsh Foundation.

Before she joined Schultz & Williams, Pat was Director of Admissions, Director of Development and Public Relations and, for 14 years, Director of External Affairs at Springside School in Chestnut Hill, PA, where she successfully headed three capital campaigns. Prior to her work at Springside, Pat was Assistant Dean of Admissions at Dickinson College and Director of College Guidance for the Shipley School.

Pat served as President of the Board of ADVIS (Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools). She has been a speaker at numerous local and national conferences on development and admissions for CASE, NAIS, SSATB and the National Coalition of Girls’ Schools. She graduated from Dickinson College, received a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Villanova University and completed further graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania.
