Our Process

S&W StaffSolutions utilizes a six-step process to plan for, manage and complete the engagement. We have found that these steps optimize our consultants' ability to make a seamless entrance and exit into your organization, and perform up to your expectations while on the job.

When you contact S&W StaffSolutions, we will begin our six-step process

  • Triage: When you are considering hiring S&W StaffSolutions, we will assess your needs so that we can match you with the best possible consultant for the job, and develop a scope of work to be accomplished.

  • Essential Duties: Once you approve our proposal and sign a staffiing agreement, within two weeks our staff are available to assume immediate/urgent responsibilities, including supervising department employees.

  • Action Plan: After spending an initial week learning about your organization in-depth, our consultants will develop a 30-60-90 day plan to reach agreed upon goals. The regular progress reports you will receive are based upon this plan.

  • Staff Search: If you are searching for a permanent staff member, we can advise regarding elements of the job description and screen candidates.

  • Transition: In tandem with your organization's traditional onboarding process, we provide thorough training so that the transition to a permanent staff person is as seamless as possible.

  • Check-Up: Within 30 days, we return to assess the progress of the transition and provide additional insights and advice.
