Before You Send An Email...

Here at Schultz & Williams, we have an extensive review process before anything goes to print – with check points (and multiple reviewers) from first draft art through bluelines to laser review. There are always numerous sets of eyes looking for different items on a printed piece; printing is expensive and we don’t want any mistakes!

But what about reviewing email?

The same level of scrutiny and careful proofing should be applied to emails, and there are a few extra items you may not be accustomed to scrutinizing in your publications (e.g., hyperlinks).

To help, S&W has put together a handy checklist that should be reviewed (preferably by several different people) each time you send out an email. The same goes for any new landing pages you put up on your website.
